Birthday Party!

Hello! I'm here today with a special card. I love being part of the design team for ABC Challenges and today is our wonderful leader, Julie's birthday! We decided it would be great as a team to do a special card to celebrate.

Since Julie loves her Tilda's I knew I wanted to use one for the card. I colored her with Copics. I know it doesn't show in the pics, but I used my Spica glitter pen on the butterflies. I used Deconstructed Sketch #90  for the layout. The paper pack is MME: The Sweetest Thing Tangerine. I just added some Prima flowers and misc pearls and twine. The sentiment is GKD and I used a MFT die to cut it out.

Santa Baby

Hello! I'm back with another card for Christmas Card Challenges. The optional challenge this week is Santa Baby. 

I've used a Santa image from Stampendous and colored him with Copics. The paper is 7 Gypsies: Santa's Journey (love this pack, so pretty!). I kept it simple with not many embellishments, just some CTMH ribbon and a button from a past KI kit. I added some Stickles to the star, but later regretted it when it came globbing out everywhere :( I used my adhesive eraser to rub away some of it, but it still ended up smearing.

Peace on Earth

Hello again! I'm back with another card for Christmas Card Challenges. Our optional challenge for this week is TAGS. I'm going to be honest, I don't really use tags on my Christmas gifts, so I decided to place a tag on my card instead.

The paper is Aspen from CTMH and the stamps are TE. I used a fiskers border punch. I used a snowflake background stamp and stamped it with Versamark on the circle. Just some misc pearls and a metal snowflake to finish it off.

Hello! I hope you all had a great Valentine's day!

I'm here today with another ABC Challenge- H for Happy Birthday. We are sponsored by Saturated Canary. I LOVE her images!

I thought this sentiment from H&M stamps would go perfectly with this cutie. I decided to color my image with a mix of Prismacolor and koh-i-noor colored pencils instead of my copics.... I probably should have checked to make sure I had enough colors to actually blend... oops! Anyone have any pencils they want to unload, lol?? I do like how her hair turned out.

Scalloped Greetings

Hello! It's Sunday and time for another Christmas Card Challenge. This time our challenge is scallops.

I love the way this card turned out, simple yet pretty! It's a mix of snowflake dies from MFT and Taylored Expressions. The mini scallop lace border die is from Magnolia. The paper is Aspen from CTMH and the sentiment is PTI.

Hello everyone. It's Sunday, but unfortunately I don't have a card for Christmas Card Challenges today. They have a great challenge this week, Gingerbread. I searched for adorable gingerbread images earlier this week, then got the flu and totally spaced off actually making a card... oops!!

Check out the great cards from the rest of the design team. I hope you can play along and I'll definitely try to get a card made this week for the challenge!

Going Dotty

Hello! I thought December went fast, but holy cow, it's already February!! Hopefully that at least means one month closer to less snow and warmer weather. 

It's also time for another ABC Challenge and this time we're G for Going Dotty.

I used some dotty paper from CTMH and embossed a beautiful scene from a Taylored Expressions stamp in silver embossing powder. The sentiment is also from TE. I added some misc pearls and a butterfly from Michaels tied with some twine.
