Black & White Christmas

 Hello! It's time for another Christmas Card Challenge. This week our optional challenge is Black & White.

 

Wow, challenge was right! I really struggled with this card and then decided I needed to focus on keeping it simple. The Nativity border die and the verse are both from Taylored Expressions. I used a Lil Inker Designs die for the stitched border of the card and some misc ribbon and button finish it off. Super simple, but I like it!

Peace and Joy

Hello! I'm back today with another card for Christmas Card Challenges. I am really so thankful for being on the team, I am still in awe that I am stocked up for Christmas cards!! Anyways, our optional challenge for this week is No Stamping.

 

I used patterned paper from Simple Stories: December Documented, and used one of the papers as the focal image. The sketch is Sweet Sunday Sketch #198, just added some ribbon and a bow! The cute snowflake brad came from a past KI kit.

Warm Winter Wishes

Hello! It's December and time for another ABC Challenge! We're starting over at A for Almost Christmas. This challenge is sponsored by the Paper Shelter.

 

 

I love their Christmas images and used this sweet one of Santa and his friend Rudolph, colored with Copics. The patterned paper is from the Paper Studio: Santa & Friends and the sentiment is from AmyR stamps. Of course I added Stickles to Santa's hat and coat as well as Rudolph's nose. Some pearls and ribbon finish it off!

Happy Harvest

Happy Thanksgiving to my US friends! I thought I'd pop in quick and share an autumn card I had made.

 

 

The paper pack and sentiment panel are from Simple Stories: Harvest Lane. Love this paper! The chipboard piece is from a past KI kit from Taylored Expressions. Some brads and a little bow finish it off!

Peace on Earth

 Hello! There is snow on the ground here in Iowa so I guess winter's here. I feel like I've been sick with one thing or another the entire month of November, so I'm actually looking forward to it ending. Hopefully December will be healthier! Anyways, it's time for another Christmas Card Challenge. Our optional challenge for this week is Faith.

 

 

I fell in love with this stamp set from JustRite stamps so I bought it even though it wasn't on sale... gasp! This was the image from the set that really caught my eye. The sentiment is from Taylored Expressions, I thought it fit perfectly. The paper pack is MME: All is Bright. Misc ribbon, button, and pearls finish it off. I added some Spica glitter pen to the image, it's so pretty!
